Winter 2011/2012 rates:
At the moment we will be keeping the same rates we posted last winter and the winter before! We aren’t sure how long we can do this for, so if you are thinking of booking early, then give us a call!
This means that our standard room rates including breakfast (in CDN dollars) will be:
- Straddie and Hebden rooms $140/room/night
- Koh Chang and Christchurch rooms $120/room/night
All prices are exclusive of HST.
Spring, Summer and Autumn rates
Spring, Summer and Autumn – 16 May to 30 November.
Standard room rates including breakfast (in CDN dollars) are:
- Straddie and Hebden rooms $100/room/night
- Koh Chang and Christchurch rooms $95/room/night
All prices are exclusive of HST.

Checking in:
Between 4:00pm and 10:00pm (please contact us to schedule if possible).
Checking out:
10:00am.
Deposit:
50% of total accommodation is due at time of booking to hold reservation.
Payment:
For advance bookings, full payment is required 30 days prior to the arrival date. Reservations requested less than 30 days prior to arrival must be paid in full at time of booking. Payment can be made by Mastercard, VISA credit, VISA debit, Maestro, traveller’s cheques or cash.
Cancellation Policy:
The deposit is 100% fully refundable up to 45 days prior to your arrival date. Should you cancel the booking within 45 days prior to your arrival date, we will attempt to re-book. If we are able to re-book, we will refund up to 90%.
Non-Smoking Policy:
We ask that you respect our non-smoking policy during your stay. Smoking is permitted outside.
Dietary Requirements:
Please let us know if you have any specific dietary requirements and we will do our best to accommodate them.
